SHIPPINGS & RETURNS
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 working days. We are a small, independent business, and every item is handmade with care. During particularly busy times, it may take a little longer for your order to be dispatched.
Standard UK Delivery:
Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to reach you. All standard deliveries are tracked within 48 hours and handled by Royal Mail. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasonal periods.
Next Day Delivery UK:
For orders placed before 12:00 PM, you can expect delivery on the next working day in most cases (99% of the time). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched on the next Monday. Next day deliveries are tracked within 24 hours and delivered by Royal Mail.
Depending on the distance and chosen shipping method, once orders are processed they usually take 1–4 working days to arrive. Most orders arrive on the shorter end of this range, unless there are carrier delays or severe weather conditions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping delays once a package leaves our studio. Every order includes a tracking number, which can be used to contact the carrier directly if there are any delays or delivery issues. If you need assistance with a claim, please reach out to us — we will be happy to help guide you through the process.
Carrier Delays / Lost Packages
We always do our best to meet processing and shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to possible carrier delays. Once your package leaves our shop, we have no control over when or how it is delivered. As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages at this time. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier to file a claim for a refund of your order. If you experience any difficulties filing a claim, we are happy to assist you and can file the claim on your behalf. If a refund is issued to us after we file a claim with the carrier that lost the package, we can provide a refund or replacement for your items. Wickara Cadles is not responsible for any delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries of your package.
Faulty or Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello.wickaracandles@gmail.com as soon as possible — ideally with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and cover any return shipping costs if needed.
What is your return policy?
